Publicity Club The Publicity Club was formed in September of 1971. It is affiliated with the Georgia Scholastic Press Association. The purpose of the Publicity Club is to be informative. Through the school paper the club hopes to motivate the students toward a deeper understanding of their school. Future Teachers Of America The organization of the Future Teachers of America enables young people interested in the field of education to develop a better understanding of the various responsibilities a teacher faces. Through this club students can develop a personal relationship with their teachers. The mem- bers render special assistance to the teachers in their duties. Students learn to view the teacher as a human being, and to understand them as such. The Future Teachers of America presented before the student body their interpretation of the play Infanta.
