These two instructors, with the aid of Jane Dauer, made up the teach- ing staff in the music department. The girls were ready and willing to provide needed service for any of Van Horn's various teams, but they mainly served the wrestling and gymnastics teams this year. Genuine interest was the basic requirement for joining the club, but the usual grade requirements had to be met also.
