The Senior Band, under the direction of Mr. Charles Emerson, stresses action along with class- Q H, A ' room instruction. Musicians are drawn from the sophomore, junior, and senior classes. Each spring the band participates in the Wis- consin Valley Music Contest. A majority of the members also enter the District Solo-Ensemble Contest. The band plays at such functions as all horne athletic contests, parades, the annual Band-O- Rama, the spring concert, and commencement activities. LA... 4 - Band provides half-time entertainment

The Cadet Band also plays for some basketball games. To supplement their rehearsals, private or group lessons are also given to each member.
