W QM ,M , ,ug tlkxaji? , V i is W Sudden death - penalty kicks Overtime - precede state loss Finishing a rough season, the soccer team, coached by Mr. Keyser, recorded a 4-7 season. Leading scorer tor the Tigers was Dave Kageorge. In their tirst tournament game against Gilmore Academy, the Tigers went 4, I8 min- ute quarters without a score trom either team. lt was a great detensive battle. The teams then played two, 7 minute overtime periods, but the score remained O-O. Next, they went into a sudden death with still no one scoring. With this occuring, both teams selected tive men to shoot penalty kicks. Gilmore shot 2 ot 5, while only I ot 5 was shot tor Falls, by Tom Shemory. The tinal score was I-2, in tavor ot Gilmore.
