GEORGE H. COOPER- Clerk-Treasurer BOARD OF EDUCATION Mr. Cooper, the Clerk-Treasurer of the Board of Education, is the financial officer of the school system. He handles all expenditures and receipts of money and maintains the official records of the Board. He has served in this capacity for more than fifteen years. MRS. EMMA LEINER— Account Clerk These five gentlemen, serving as officers of the Board of Education, are pledged to supervise the formation of school policies and to make decisions concerning the hiring and salary schedules of those connected with the Cuyahoga Falls Educational System. Those seated are Charles W. Campbell, W. Howard Nicol, and Robert Kyle; those standing are William T. Moore and David E. Anderson. 14
