INTRAMURAL ATHLETICS Falls High has developed an extensive in- tramural program this year, the purpose of which is to make it possible for the majority of students to participate in at least one event dur- ing the year. Falls High is not lacking in school spirit or in varsity stars, but only a few students can participate in varsity events. This program, as it has been carried out, has promoted an in- tense yet friendly rivalry between the classes, and has resulted in spirited co-operation of the members of each class. Fifty-five per cent of the student body participated during the first semester. From each class two students are selected as members of the intramural committee. This committee, with their director, Mr. Kirk, sched- ule and conduct all intramural events. The members are: William Dabney Margaret Hale Virginia Knoske Neva Harrington Margaret McCorkle Margaret Grose Pauline Holmes Charles Dewees Donna Wiley Ruth Neville John Cummings Orion Snyder Kathryn Keys Marion Orth Ruth Read
