Fundamental to this objective is recognition of the fact that to further the leaming process effectively, the Library's collec- tion of materials must rellect the diversity of the student body and the range of abilities and learning styles to be found in such a group. All types of material, in any form, must be acquired and organ- ized to meet student and faculty leaming, teaching and informational needs. Library services and pro- grams to accompany and interpret the materials collection are designed to be in harmony with and to support student aspirations and college goals.
