Frosh Veronica Peterson led the girls, and was the Wolves highest individual placer, with a third place finish. She ran 12:30 for two miles Teammate Brandy Baker also had her best race of the year and finished seventh with a time of 12:51. Jr Brian Salois led the boys with his fifth place in the state championships. Salois ran 16:01. a season s best He also won three regular season meets for Cut Bank Peterson. Baker, and Salois all were honored by being named to the All-State Class B Cross-Country team by the Montana Coaches Association. Also competing at state were Sylvia Chambers 28th. Kary Knorr 54th. Jennifer Baker 68th. Micaela Greene 80th. and Marcy Feldmann 90th. For the boys it was Jordan Peccia 27th. Bruce Corcoran 49th. Brian Morhardt 55th. Billy Croft 72nd. Rick Sundgren 81st. and Paul Crockford 84th. Veronica Peterson and Brian Salois were named Most Valuable.
