I 4 3 1 J  WOCT Helen Dresen Clarence Speich This annual is dedicated to two former faculty members who left the imprint of their devotion upon many. Even though they have left the faculty they are not only educators but also friends. They served their vocation well and unselfishly and their example should inspire students to further their education, for education their is lives. Mr. Speich and Mrs. Dresen gave many fine years helping others acquire the priceless possession: education. 2 The School Board STANDING: Dr. James Markette; Mr. Paul Johnson; Mr. Edgar Mitch SEATED: Dr. Clayton Pederson; Mr. Robert Yunck, Chairman of the Board; Mr. Dean Perry; Mr. Wes Tuma is not pictured. Mrs. Mrytle Davis is Clerk of School District 15. 4 HIGH SCHOOL ANNUAL. . . You, the students of Cut Bank High School, are citizens of a country, the like of which the World has never seen. You have opportunities, advantages, and freedoms limited only to the amount and quality of your own efforts. The future of our Govern -ment, whether it be City, County, State, or National, rests squarely in your hands. If you accept the responsibility to vote, see that others vote, if your Nation, State, or City is blessed with good people elected by you, not because the efforts of those seeking patronage but by the sincere efforts of those seeking good public service, then you have accepted your citizenship as it was meant to be. We hope that your years here in Cut Bank have helped you along the pathways to better citizenship and that you will assume responsibilities as you have resolved the other responsibilities that have been given to you within your student government and school and community. Best Wishes to a fine High School and our seniors who are leaving us and congratulations on a fine Annual. High School is your opportunity to fill a basis for your future. It also, gives you an opportunity to build good recommendations for the future. Remember that the army, colleges, and employers write the high school principal for recommendations. Have you built the kind you need? A student government consisting of four executive officers and a bicameral legislature was adopted this school year. It has provided a fine opportunity for student participation in high school government.
