In Appreciation The Class of 1982, former students and fellow colleagues would like to recognize and honor these men for their dedication and service to Curwensville Schools and would like to wish them luck in their retirement. L Mr. Robert Morgillo Cub , as he is affectionately called by friends, fellow teachers and students, dedicated 2916 years of his life to Curwensville Area High School. Before coming to teach at Curwensville he served in the United States Navy during W. W. II. He was an outstanding football player in both high school and college. He came to the school in the fall of 1952 and started as a social studies teacher. He became the assistant football coach, then Administrative Assistant and Athletic Director. Mr. Morgillo retired December 31, 1981. We wish him much happiness and successg he will be greatly missed. Mr. Arch Johnstone Mr. Johnstone's career at Curwensville Area High School spanned a period of 301A years. Before coming to Curwensville, he served in the Army and played in the Army band during W. W. II. He also traveled on the road with the famous Billy Butterfield Orchestra. Mr. Johnstone attended Indiana University and Penn State University where he received his Masters in music and guidance. When he came to Curwensville in 1951 he was Choir Director and part-time Guidance Counselor for a period of 21 years. He then became full-time Guidance Counselor. Mr. Johnstone is known as an accomplished musician as well as a fine individual to both his fellow associates and students. He will be greatly missed when he retires at the end of the 1982 school year. We wish him much success and happiness. 3
