'mflau ' We started on our four year stretch nn 1938 with a total of one hundred twenty seven boys cmd gurls wlth the following class offncers Presndent Cosmo Gugluelmn Vlce Presudent Althea Kelly Secretary Treasurer Ann Gates We had a literary nn October whnch consnsted of two one act plays The Pla tltudlnous Pose and The Mad Breakfast Most of us enloyed a couple of skat :ng partues and Friday afternoon dances We lost ten members when as Sophomores we entered the grey stone walls and selected our class officers Presndent Cosmo Guglnelmn Vice President Pat Maletta Secretary Pauline Wall Treasurer Ann Gates For a lnterary we presented School Daze nn November We had two more skating partles and took part IH several hugh school dances Somehow or other we survlved that hectic Sophomore year and ninety flve of us became Junlors We gave an nndoor carnival and presented a class play Good Gracious Grandma ' Our bug event was our Prom nn May Our class officers were President Adele Thompson Vlce Presldent Betty Weaver Secretary Paulune Wall Treasurer DeVaughn Westover Finally seventy seven of us became Sensors After wantmg so long for this event It hardly seems real We got through the mud term wnthout many fatalntues We sponsored a movue for our literary and presented Amerncan Passport as our class play We made one change nn our class officers Presudent Adele Thompson Vice Presudent Emogene Warnlck Secretary Pauline Wall Treasurer DeVaughn Westover Next comes Commencement and our steps wnll then tread paths of the world Just luke that' We certannly hate to leave but we are ready to take our places The Echo Page Fifteen . . . .
