Counselors Proctors serve as receptionists for the counselors and also help with clerical work, file when needed, and run errands. They alphabetize tests and answer sheets, sharpen test pencils, and take messages. Only ninth graders can be proctors. The Art Club has nO formal organization, but it gives eighth graders a chance to sketch, paint, and create for thirty minutes each Tuesday, sixth hour.
