Powder Puff-1969 junior team co-captain Lee Brunswick Voices her opinion on an all out Victory for the junior team. After two weeks of sore, tiring, frustrating, and sometimes endless weeks, the junior and senior powder puff teams fought to a O to O tie. Although the senior team gained more yardage during the game, the junior team determinably fought on til the Very last second. The juniors were coached by Mr. Doucette, Mr. Weller, and Mr. Handeland, while the senior coaches were Mr. Redburg, and Mr. Obert. Chosen by the junior team as captains were Lee Brunswick, Sharon Loken, julie Pagel, and jill Arrends. Senior team captains wre Laura Pieterman, Marci Murray, Karen Wood, Anne Popelka, Shelley Dickinson, and Nancy Wells. Laura Pieterman forcibly blocks a junior powder puffer while Donna Slierton carries the ball for the senior team. junior cheerleaders, Frank Ani, Brion Roark, john Potucek, Bill Herd, and Glenn McCarty lead the junior team in a cheer.

Curtis Gets 98.805 on Activity Card Sale, Stomping Fife and Summer Caren O'Donnell is one out of 9796 of the Juniors who bought activity cards. 3 3 if Tollie Knisely really socks-it-to Sue Fowler, ASB Treasurer is the defenseless Fife, Trojan. X completely exhausted by the ' end of the sale. The activity card sale proved to be a whopping success as Sue Fowler, chairman of the sale, pulled Curtis to Victory over Sumner with a low 702 and Fife with 76. 57, Curtis had a Victory assembly where the Spartans and Trojans were body painted, wiped out With pies, and had to congratulate Curtis on their great spirit.
