Q55 Mkhay The class of '57 entered Curlew High in the year of '53 as 25 scared Freshmen. The first thing that they encountered was their Freshmen Initiation. It turned out to be a jolly time for all. They were now in high school and had to have some kind of a organized way in their class so they elected for their President-Ted Nelson, Vice-President- Julie Berlie, Secretary-Coralie Van Woert, Treasure-Gerald Borders, and Reporter Bob Windsor. They chose Mr. McNatt as their class advisor. Other statistics in- clude class colors-blue and white, flower-white rose, sonQ,'Moonli:ht and Roses', and motto is HA good beginning is half the battlen.
