Powder Puff, Got 30, l96 Senior gridders reign victorious over the Junior girls in Cupertino's fifth annual Powder Putt game. The girls' football teams played two games to open the regular Fall Pioneer Day celebration, Under the skillful guidance of coaches, Mrs. Ross and Mrs. Carlson, the Seniors scored two hard fought victories. The Juniors, now with their valuable experience and able coaches, Mrs. Dexter and Mrs. LaBee, look forward to victory next year. 79

Students who earn a minimum of ten semester grade points are eligible for membership in the California Scholarship Federation. 'lA s are worth three points, llB s one, and other grades are not counted. Semester members of C.S.F. are eligible to wear the C.S.F. torch pin while they remain in the club. Students who are members for at least four semesters of their last three high school years are eligible for life membership in C.S.F. They are awarded the C.S.F. lamp pin and life certificate, and their diplomas and transcripts are embossed with the C.S.F. seal. C.S.F. is not a service club, it is an honorary organization made up of persons who are encouraged to live by the motto, llscholarship for service. Senior members.
