The Medical Club is always on the move, assisted by their faculty advi- sor, Mrs. Hulburd, and the club Pres- ident, Ron Emond. Medical Club is active in service to the community such as volunteer work for the Blood Bank and children's ward ot County Hospital. ln l965, the members of the Medical Club also attended the Health Careers Conference held at Foothill College. Dis- cussion topics are generally philo- sophical in nature, and are chosen ahead of the meeting date. The Sophology Society attends such cultural functions as plays, concerts, and operas. So far, they have gone to see The King and I and Oliver at the Cricle Star Theater, The Santa Clara Symphony, Othello, Oedipus Rex and a lecture at Foothill Col- lege.
