Precision And Glamour Entertain Crowds 'Vi Cupertino's Golden Spurs, noted for their precision marching and march-dance routines, work with the band to provide half-time entertainment at the football games. Throughout the year the girls enter competi- tion in various parades and usually come up with a first place. Acting as maiorettes are those girls in the bright red sequins-the flag girls. Also marching with the drill team is the color guard. The half-time show is often highlighted by champion twirlers Steve and Laurie Zucchi. They have received many trophies and much praise for their performances at football games and in competition.
