The banquet started at 6:30 followed by the program and dancing. The theme 'Good Bye and Good Luck,' was carried out. Decorations of red roses and stars were used. Wreaths were made of roses and placed on the side walls, with the name of every Senior in the center of them. Stars were hung from the ceiling in contrast with the roses. Don Theis was tcastmnster for the evening. lava Oswult, president of the junior class, gave the welcome, and Kathleen Howell, president of the senior class, gave the response. Several musical numbers were used in the program helping to carry out the theme. Short speeches were given by Mr. Elrod, principal, and Mr. Harold Watkins, Ohlifmln or the school board.
