' Teacher--Viss Long School opened with ar enrollment of forty-one boys and girls. Durlrg the fifth verP, Tdfie fill moved to Svan- ton Twp. to atterd Hatch School. Doris Rhoades entered from Grand Rapids and Joshua and Kinnie Vullins from Cristey School. We now have an Minnie Yullins have enrollment of thirty-eight. Joshua and moved to Yonclova and Ilearor Gill to Holland. Marie Elendt is in a Toledo hospital and Norma Jean Vollmar is ill at home. The big event of our school year was a trip to the Toledo Tuseum of Art. 'e Visit t the Smiss room, the Egyptian room, the Peristyle, the glasa room and several art galleries. Yrs. KiQer :nd Vrs. Tcjeeby accompanied us Thirty-six pupils have completed the Ohio Pupil's Read- ing Circle work for this year. The People who have Teen reither :Lsert nor tardy are Helen Barnett, Grace Ravlirs, Norco Vordror, Richard Barnes, Jack Hall and Charles Siith. Teacher--Tiss Condon We began the year with EE pupils. We now have 41 pupils. Some of our activities were parties, plays and games. Such as a Halloween party, History plays and Hother's Day program. The trip to Toledo, to the fire department, was enjoyed Fay 13. 'e are a wide awake and active class. We hope We can e our part in Jnrior High next year. ff,,.,.? ' We were glad to have won second prize in the P.T.A. Ama- teur Program. We greatly enjoyed presenting The Miniature Minstrels. Sixteen members of our class were also in the Tonette Band. lvl .- W' I ,4 . ,' I ' A pre-instrument band course was presented for the time this year under the direction of Miss Boyer and Fashbaugh. Students in grades three, four and five eligible. The band made tow public performances, and is the hope of the music department that this Tonette will become the future high school band. finn.
