Tl-IE SENIORS TEN YEARS mom Now dobby Adair is making good money in a truck line all his own, while his wife, janet, takes in washing to try to keep up the home. Imogene Tbles thinks fate has dealt her some mean tricks for she is still not married at the age of twenty-six. ' Billy Gene Chapin took his father's place and is now serv- ing as a trustee on the Cumby School Board. Billy has at last reached his goal, after years of toil, the poor soul. Brazil Follis, now in the Army Air Corps, has just received his promotion for bravery and vallor. He stood pat, but he missed every plane that he ever shot at. Van Smith is running the domino hall in Cumby, Van has had a hard struggle, looks as tho' he can't win, pays out more money than he can take in, Katie Jail is now supporting her husband, james O Beasley, by running the dietition room in the Cumby General Hospital. Their marriage threatens to come to a bitter end, for she can't make as much money as he would like to spend, Lorothy Nell Hayes is running a bakery for which R. L. Green drives a bread truck. Frequently her bread has been known to mold, for she never sold a loaf under two months old. La Terne Barnes is now operating a sandwich shop on the out- skirts of Cumby. her headwaitress happens to be Mrs Gerald carpenter, the former jo Ann Jowden. The bill of fair was very poor and far from being nice, no customer she ever served was known to eat there twice. Now jo Ann Bowden was quick on foot working with quite a dash, serving the food in modern style mak- ing many a mash, I Fruett Hosely finally gave up all hope of getting Mary Louise Cox to marry him and he is now in Hollywood making motion pictures. His critics say instead of trying to become a movie actor, he should be at home driving his father's tractor. Sary Louise Cox as the years go by, her face marred by many a wrinkle, cries for having missed her only chance to hear her wedding bells tinkle. Morris nay green is now with the great side show, nwonder- ful Wonderlandau His years are now exactly twenty and seven, if he hadn't been stunted in his growth, he might have reached seven feet eleveno .4-

Tl-IE SENIORS TEN YEARS mom fvow Otis Evans is a great professor in the Cumby High School. As a teacher he's proven a great success, otherwise he's a fail- ure more or less. Raymond'Strickland is running the nCrispyn Potato Chip factory in Greenville. In stopping at Greenville he made a great mistake, he's too near home to pull such a fake. Helen Marlar is now doing an act in the circus. The act she is performing is well fitted to one of her size and age, shoving peanuts to the monkeys through the bars of the cage. Don Noble is working hard to support his family. He has joined the Marines. Sailing over the seven seas must keep him quite busy, for all the sailing he ever did here was driving a tin lizzie.- Connie Bill'Cross and Christine Penelton are still going together. Connie is just too timid to pop the question. But a lump in his throat always caused him to stop. Jimmie Nell Smith is a ballad dancer. She can set her feet to music both quick and slow, but shows of her best following a drum solo. Loyd Robinson is now head electrician in the light plant at Paris. To learn how he pulled this job we never cared to bother, but it must have been through the influence of his electrous father. Now Billy jack Gaines, a man of great renoun is sitting as judge of Cumby town. We also have another girl, who heard her country's call and is one of the world's best riveters and helped the Axis fall. Now the boys in Dallas may want to know her name. It is Myrtle kuth Crumpton, who stands in the hall of fame. You may also be interested in the girl, Jorthia Lee Romans, by name, she is married to j. C. Smithers who runs the subway train. .Katy jo Baxter, a basketball star, is touring the world both near and far. . Joris Smith, a student of honorable mention has carried out her one intention. She already has, you know, taken Kate Smith's place on the radio. In closing, we shall give our thanks to Mr. Bolton for taking our pranks, he has been kind, and patient, toog ready to serve and see things through. We are sincere and can truly say thank you, Mr. Bolton, in our humble way.
