Kathy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Owsley of Canton, Missouri. The physical education major is president of Chi Omega sorority and an officer of the Associated Women Students organization and of the Women's Recrea- tional Association. The Queen and her attendants were announced at the Homecoming Concert. The court is shown from left to right: Robin Knox and Susie Smith who tied for third place. Kathy Owsley. Queen.
