The physical education major is president of Chi Omega sorority and an officer of the Associated Women Students organization and of the Women's Recrea- tional Association. In keeping with this theme, the Sigma Kappa sorori- ty and Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity won first place with their float shown at left. Their quote was To the Victor Go the Spoilsf' Alpha Xi Delta and Tau Kappa Epsilon com- bined efforts to win second place with their entry entitled For Whom the Bell Tolls. Above is Jeffery Commonor who was an added feature of the Punch concert. He sang several selections which he had written and proved to be a valuable addition to the program. ATO's are 3-D ATO, the newest fraternity on campus, was founded as a local fraternity, Beta Gamma Phi, on November 2, 1967 by Russell Drummond, Steven Church, and Kim Andreck. It became a colo- ny of ATO in March of 1970, and on May 1, 1971, an active ,,..f1,t. - But officer, 25 in a 15 M.P.H. zone chapter. ATO's participate in all intramural sports and have had the highest grade point with the exception of one semester since their founding. ATO sponsors the annual B.D.O.C. dance.
