BRIG. CEN. LElCH R. CICNILLIAT H875-l952i THE MEMORIAL QUADRANCLE will be a fitting tribute to the former Culver superintendent who for fifty years was closely identified with the development of the Academy. Known to thousands of former cadets of the Major , the Colonel , and the General , his leadership effort as an educator and soldier brought to him, as to Culver, wide recognition.
