Freshman Class Ups Enrollment to 1,100 As summer unfolded into autumn, students returned to school and found their places in the student body of over eleven hundred. Fear, pride, and happiness showed on faces as students faced the challenges of a new school year. These expressions lingered in the air through the first week, but soon disappeared as the regular routine of the school year began. During the first month students paid fees and bought books. Classes and clubs elected officers to represent them throughout the year. To make the SCA more efficient, the constitu- tion was amended changing the election of SCA representatives to English classes instead of by homerooms.
