Of these, four must be in English, one in civics, one in United States history, regardless of the course one is taking. Although some courses vary, two years of math and one year of science are also re- quired. Three completely new subjects added to curriculum this year are psychology, busi- ness law, and advanced mathematics. Physics also returned after a long absence.
