The Last Will and Testament We the Senior Class of Nineteen Hundred Fifty-five of Cullowhee High School, in order to reciprocate for some, the many pleasant mem- ories acquired to create peace and harmony in our school and to promote the general welfare of all future Seniors, do herby make known to all concerned our last will and testament, ARTICLE I We the Senior Class of ‘55 leave to the teachers, the relief that we are gone, and our heart filled with thanks for all you have done for us. ARTICLE II To the Juniors, we leave our gratitude for being here to make it possible for us to have someone to carry the blame for our mistakes, ARTICLE Ill To Mr. Davis, Senior Class home room teacher, we leave our thanks for the good times he has made it possible for us to have and for the knowledge he has helped to instilled in our minds, ARTICLE IV To Dr. Moody, we leave the extra time and space in the office that he has spent counseling us. ARTICLE V I, Arnold Aiken, will all my ability to catch high balls to Ray Parker, I, A. J. Ashe, will my driving ability to Charles Crawford whom I think needs it. I, Milas Ashe, leave my ability to have a good excuse for being absent from, school to Jerry Stevens, I, Betty Bryson, will all my boy friends to Joyce Wood because I know she needs them, I, David Bryson, leave my old truck to the junk yard where they will make good use of it, I, Larry Buchanan, leave the fun I have had in high school to some sour puss who can use it, I, Johnny Buchanan, leave my love for school to anyone who likes it better than I. Li Clark Clayton, leave the ends of my fingers that I have worn off on the typewriter keys to anyone that can type. I, Zettie Coggins, will to Taylor Holden all the A’s I have received from Mr. Nelson, in case he should need them. I, Jessie Coggins, leave my history book to Densil Pressley for I know he needs it. I, Troy Coggins, am getting tired of seeing Mr. Nelson's hair in his eyes, therefore I will him my pocket comb. 15

M. C, driving habits and my college boy friend to Lucille Hooper. I, Martha Moore, leave my French II headaches to Ina Hooper. Il, Terry Moses, leave my bottle ot peroxide to wlartha Mae Adams. 1, Marlene Nicholson, I, Margaret Norton, will my cat-eye glasses to Quincy Stewart and hope they will help her looks and also my ability to play basketball to Eucella Hamilton. I, Dorothy Owen, will my love for school and my ability to control my temper to my kid sister, Mary Sue Owen. 1, Naomi Prince, leave all my honest ways to Kenneth Adams, I, Virginia Stephens, will my ability to make A’s in shorthand to Norma Nicholson. I, Mary Ann Stephens, leave to Clara Faye Hodgin my bookkeeping book. I, Eloise Stewart, will my baskful ways to Sue Smith, I, Shirley Taylor, will my headaches and dreads for Spanish to Annie Lee Nicholson, in hope that she won't take it, I, Ruby Watson, leave my quiet mousey ways to Christine Robinson, I, Don Williams, leave to Professor Millsaps six-inches of my height. I, Bruce Wike, will my ability to see to Wash Hooper, and hope that Doug Davis finds his crummy jokes go as well with Wash as they did with ime, I, Don Wood, will all my good times I have had at school to Jack Smith. I, Jacqualyn Wood, will my quiet ways to Lois Jean Wood because I know she needs them, I, Gordon Lovedahl, will my nicknames to David Shuler, who will of course take advantage of them. I, Edward Lawson, leave my trap of a Buick to Gerald Ellis.
