From a small school of Two grades in an uncerlain Seplember, we have come by plan lo our complele senior high school of l957-58. ln l956 - 490 sludenls and 27 feachers. ln l957 - 790 sludenfs and 45 leachers. ln l958 - 990 sludenls and 55 leachers. When 'rhe sophomores graduafe in l960 - I2O0 sludenls and 66 leachers. More imporlanl lhal' lhe change in size is our growlh in purpose and power, in morale of 'lhe sludenf body. The school of less fhan 800 sludenls, dwarfed by mosl neighboring schools, accomplished many good lhings in 'rhe pasl year. The s+uden+s are helping fo give 'rhe senior high school a per- sonalily of ils own, a personalily wifh sfrenglh. Whal does Cubberley High now sfand for, in your mind? Whal do we have lhal' is our own conlribulion?
