The endless meelings frying +o discover wha'r had become of school spiril, and 'rhen finding il had never really disappeared . . . lhe fabulous foolball leam and 'fhe excilemenl' and lhrill of knowing we had a greal' +eam . . . +he early-morning greasing of a cerlain flag pole wi+h a Cubberley 'Flag placed on lop and pawprinls placed in slralegic places . . . ihe disappoinlmenl of lhe Paly game when we knew we should have won . . . and lhe wonderful lhrill which came when we beal' M-A and caplured lhe League lille, all in one allernoon . . . lhe dances one will always remember . . . 'rhe Hukilau, Chrislmas formal, Junior A Prom and +he Senior Ball . . . +he fun of 'lhe Final Blasl . . . lhe Bermuda Days . . . Coed Capers . . . and lhe Senior Dress-up . . . so much +o remember . . . so liHle +o 'Forger . . . all +he fun and fiascos in build- ing a new school . . . if was hard work pulling Cubberley on lhe map . . . buf il' is fhere now and +he year of '57-'58 will long be remembered . . . for surely fhe class of '58 will noi forgef . . . 1 .41
