Songs Struck a Happy Note As the week of October 2 rolled around, students of CHS were chal- lenged to build a prize float. At the bonfire, suspense was high as the new King and Queen, joe Thum and Deb- bie Fayhee, were announced. Friday afternoon the Sophomores, FFA, and Jr. Women's Club floats captured first prizes. The Student Senate tried something different and had the dance and game on the same night. Though fans were disappointed by defeat at the hands ofthe Vikings, the atmos- phere changed at the dance. It was over too soon, but it will remain a highlight for those who participated.
