The D.A.R. Award was given to Linda Cameron because of her leadership, dependability, service, and patriotism. For showing his knowledge of the United Nations, Roger Taylor received a trip to the United Nations. Janice Miller was the recipient of the Betty Crocker Award for her ability in home- making. Her friendly personality won her a trip to Girls' State. Bill Brooks merited the DeKalb Agriculture Award .
