The first hope is - that Cuba Central has given added confi- dence in yourselves. The second hope is a better understanding and appreciation of your own im- portance as a person. Lastly, the third hope is that you leave us with a positive at- titude toward life, so that you have a clear idea about the world of work, study and family living. Our county champs were Tom Manko in the 100 yard dash, Dan Enos in the 440 yard dash, Jerry Setchel in the long jump, Rick Amundson, Dave Williams, Bob Kennedy, and Dan Enos in the mile relay. Tom Track 972 Manko, Jack Bradley, Dan Enos, and the mile relay team went to the sectional track meet. Cuba placed 5th out of 18 teams. Tom Manko and Jack Bradley both went to the intersectional track meet.
