Cuba Central School has had the pleasure of the company of Joel and Sarah Kendy for the last two years. Joel and Sarah were both educated in public and missionary schools in Kenya. Afterwards, Sarah entered teacher training school and became qualified to teach the elementary grades there. Joel studied in Bible school and became a chaplain at the nearby hospital. Joel and Sarah married, and through their friendship with the Campbel1's fnow Cuba residents who were missionary workers in Kenya at that timey were able to come to the United States. Seeking further education the Kendy's became students here. After finishing college they plan to return to Kenya to help educate and aid their country. In this under- taking rhe student body of Cuba Central School wishes them success.
