Filing, typing, 8a taking notes will soon keep Rita busy as a private secretary. SALLY OLDER- Our gal Sal is found busily working at all activities at CCS. Whether in Sr. Play, Student, Council, choir, gargoyle, or as co-chairman of candy sales, this smiling senior is a friend to all. The high- light of her school years was last May when she reigned as our Jr. Prom Queen. With fashion buying in the future, Sal 's sure to be a success. STANLEY PIECHOTA- The famous hustler of our bas- ketball team, Stan was also active playing first base on the diamond and held the highest batting average. As President of the Student Council he has led the Student Body well. The future--Geneseo and Joanne. DARLENE PIERCE- Dar Alw ays happy and hurrying, this pert senior especially enjoys dancing and dating. She can be found in FHA, dribbling down the basketball court, or just about anywhere Beautician school will keep her busy after graduation. . GEORGE MICROS- Jorge A v alu able player on our football team. George has been active in basketball, our Soph. class Secretary, and co-captain of the maga- zine sales. I-Ie's undecided now as to future plans but something promising will turn up. JENNIFER MOGG- Jeff Despite the nickname, Jeff is a female and an active member of the class of 1964. While in high school she has participated in YFC and has majored in business. After graduation we see Jeff on the boss 's knee--taking shorthand?'? PHYLLIS MOTHERSELL- Jolly, happy, fun, and 'friendly describe Phyl . She likes food, is secretary of FHA, and played Sarah the cook in the Sr. Play. Her future plans include Secretarial training at Olean Business School. WILLIAM MOUNTAIN- Hag Mr. Activity can be found into everything at CCS, a twisting drummer for the Vibes, member of Jr. 84 Sr. Plays, Sr. band, Stu- dent Council Vip, football, track, and co-chairman of the candy sales. JOHN LINDERMAN- Johnny Hotdog As swamp secre- tary of the cow frogs Johnny 's a big wheel around school. When not sketching a picture he has participated in football, basketball, jr. play and dramatics. The Gargoyle Staff thanks Johnny for the picture of the school on page 2 and 3 in this book and wish him luck in his career as an artist. JIM LUCKEY- Clarence Basketball, baseball, track, F.F. A. , choir, Serpents and the jr. play have claimed Jim 's raved talents. In his '53 chevy many a class mission has been carried out. This tall Romeo is liked by everyone. Ambition? to be flying high in the Service of Uncle Sam. RICHARD LUNN- Officer Officer Lunn is often seen walking his beat along the halls at C. C. S. and the streets of Cuba. Dick enjoys reading and has lent tal- ents in this field to the library Club. Singing the Air Force Blues is soon to come. MICHAEL MCCAFFREY- Mike There is no better combination than that of a scholar and a comedian- Mike is both. On the academic side Mike is a member of Nat. Honor Society, has attended Boy 's state. Like- wise as a member of the Jr. Play cast he gave a stu- pendous comical performance in his pajamas as he portrayed a disc thrower . What's next? College, T Okipfilf vour Honor . CONNIE KINCAID- Kink A nice gal with a sweet personality, Kink is always ready to help a friend. Her presence has been enjoyed in the alto section of choir, on the basketball court, in the Sr. Play and in Fut. Nurses Club. Patience with her patients will be Connie 's next endeavor. JAMES KORKA- Jim Brain, brawn and bashful???? This big senior has been a star wrestler and gave a terrific performance as Mr. Kolenhor in the Jr. Play. Jim 's been majoring in math and science and his future plans are to become a Doctor of Physics! l ! Wow! ! I BARBARA LAWTON- Barb Likes sewing but dislikes getting gutter balls in bowling. An inhabitant of the L. C. Hamlet of Black Creek she has contributed to C.C. S. her ability on soccer and basketball teams and as a member of the Youth for Christ Club. Christian Education will gain a good worker. JOANNE LEE- Jo Small, sweet and lots of fun charac- terize Joanne. Student Council Treasurer, girl 's basket- ball and volleyball take up some of her time but the rest is occupied by a guy named Stan. The future sees her styling hair.

JUDY PRENTICE- Happy and helpful Judy will always lend a helping hand. Jr. Play prompter, Sr. Play ticket chairman, N. H. S. , Choir, and girls' basketball have kept her busy. Next year- college- and then??? DOUG RHODES- A likable senior, known by all as Wobbles He participated in football, track and volleyball. A loyal member of the Cowfrogs who dis- like only the serpents. In the future, anchors aweigh, Mates! ! JAMES ROSE- Gym With a pencil and pad, Gym will always be found drawingg that is when he isn 't hunting Rhinos. An active member of cowfrogs, in the cast of the Jr. and Sr. plays and acting as a secret serviceman to protect C. C. S. from Crispy Critters, kept Jim pretty busy. EMMA ROSS- A homemaker major, Emma has spent many of her high school hours in this field. She is an active member of F, H. A. , and has served as their treasurer. A willing class worker, she can regularly be found vending popcorn at games. BONNIE RUNYAN- Van A Newcomer to C.C. S. from Coudersport this year, Van is sweet, friendly and a willing worker. There she participated in sketch club, while here she 's enjoyed dancing, talking and meeting people. Although her future is yet Luidecided, we wish Bonnie lots of luck. MARCIA SAWDEY- Auntie Marcia She likes boys, dislikes 2nd period study hall, and can be found any- where. F. H. A. and Library club have profited by her membership during her high school years. Uncle Sam 's Wacs or a business establishment will employ Marcia after graduation. WILLIAM SCHEITERLE- Bill Likes wine, women and song. Sounds swell! l I Bill has lent his talents to foot- ball, track, and wrestling, while he also enjoys art. The United States Marine Corps are next on the agenda. BARBARA SCRIBNER- This sweet but vivacious senior lent her talents in Future Nurses, choir, Junior play, Student director of the Senior play, Gargoyle staff, girls' basketball, volleyball, and cheerleading. Scrib' has a sparkle of affection in her eye for Whimpy. ln the future lies a successful career in nursing 1
