Photos by ROLAND STUDIO DEAN KEESLER--Lord High President of the Senior Class, Keys also attained this exalted rank in his Junior year. Dean's ef- forts in his school years were concentrated chiefly on athletics--basketball, football, baseball, and track. The future? Amystery, my dear Watson! WILLIAM HUNTER-- Bill has been a vi- vacious vice president, a superb singer in choir, a ferocious football player, and an admirable actor in the Junior Play. Nice work, 'Stanley', and keep it up! His ut- most desire is a future in pharmacy--a real chip off the old block. Dean Keesler . . . President Bill Hunter . . . Vice President Donna Lawton . . . Secretary Mike Doyle . Treasurer DONNA LAWTON--Our pal, Gigglepuss -- who else! Donna can be serious--believe it or not! This class secretary works as hard as hard can be. NHS, Choir, F,T.A., and scores of others also claim her talents. Christian Education is sure to benefit from the work of this ambitious girl. MICHAEL DOYLE--Humor and fun, Mike's favorite pastimes, are also his most popular characteristics. Class treas- urer, Senior Choir, Student Council, the football team--a worthy member of all. He will present his more serious side to col- lege in his work toward a career as a mechanical engineer.

CAROLYN BECKER--The pre- sent--she dribbles down the court, shoots, and it's another victory for Becky's basket- ball team. The future--Carolyn walks down the aisle, smiles into his eyes, and softly ut- ters 1 do! as the wedding bells ring out a merry tune. KAREN CARPENTER--A sweet smile and a pleasant word for everyone--For Karen mak- ing friends is just agrin away. Band, F,H.A., Girls' Basketball- -they all appreciated such a member. Her Really Big Interest for the fu:ure is--you guessed it--RBL MERLE CROMWELL-- There was great joy in Cuba, mighty 'Sherm' was up to bat. A homerun? Of course! Also Cfor a change ofpacej his pleas- ant voice was heard in Choir, both All-County and All-State. Beside ablackboard, atadesk-- Merle will spend his years. A naughty student over his knee, a ruler--many tears! ROBERT CLAYSON--Loading POP bottles, carrying bags of popcorn, running errands-- Bob was chief assistant to the class in all its money-making ventures. Basketball and track also kept our man, Friday, hoppin'. Who can know the secrets that the future keeps locked inside its vast unknown? 15 JANICE BOYD--F.T.A., Choir, Band, Cheerleading, S t u d ent Council, Gargoyle, and many others have been blessed with Jan's pep and vitality. As Yum- Yum, she added many a pleasant note to The Mikado . Her laughter will carry her through a successful future. Watchout, Mrs. Mazza, your competition is here! BETTY EDWARDS --Choir, Junior Play, Gargoyle staff, Humanities Seminar at Alfred- - busy, bouncy Bet is one girl who loves work--the harder-the better! l-ler motto-- Life is a 'blast' and should not go to waste. Make way for Miss Edwards, the famous nuclear physicist.
