m 7.: cm! :me- W... i 4,..i i N Am instructor in plain and fancy golf: Making lots of money. Five dollars a lesson. Also give bridge and oil painting lessons to spectators between golf- ing efforts. Am starting a series of evening dancing classes to-night, so am unable to attend reunion. Signed Jean always was the most industrious person in the class, and she evidently hasn't changed any. She didn't tell us what she was doing mornings. Surely she doesn't waste them. Perhaps she takes in washing or gives boxing lessons then. Am an usher in a big movie theater. The only way to see all the shows. Doris Day tonight. 518319 dem And she probably enjoys the picture the twentieth time she sees it as well as the first. There is a girl who really likes her work. Conductor on the Broadway Limited and doing it solely to meet famous pas- sengers. Bob Feller, John Wayne, and Jersey Joe Walcott and the President of the United States are on the train this trip. Signs CIM giw Lloyd always did like good society, but I never thought of him being a Pullman conductor to get it. Keeping a pet shop. Specialize in eels, ichneumons, and elephants. Sorry can't come to-night; expecting a new shipment of Japanese battles. Signed Man's! ,: Maggm Well, at least she said she was sorry she couldn't come. Am a farmer. Raise winter wheat and summer squashes. Can't come because am busy with harvest. 51-3119 dWW . V I There is something queer about that, but I'm not just sure what it is. suppose Johnny is a very scientific farmer and knows all about the rotation of crops and every thing. I wonder if he raises shorthorns? I never can remember whether they are cows or turnips, but he probably raises them, anyway. Am a Chautauqua lecturer on Beauties of Nature, and The Value of a Smile. So sorry can't come; the Smile due to-night. Signed I always knew Jenny would do something like that. But where she learned about the beauties of nature I'm sure I don't know. When we last saw her she didn't know parsley from peppermint or toads from tadpoles. She must have been doing a lot of reading lately. Am dancing teacher, noted for grace, beauty, and originality of dances. Am introducing the ballroom steps, the grapevine glide, and the thistledown float at the Heel and Toe Club tonight. SignedEZficggga ZisazZZ I thought she was more interested in interpretative and classical dancing. Although her hobby was prevention of corns. Am starring in America's Girl Friend, in Cinderella Sandles the all-talk- ing, all-dancing, all-singing, all-colored epic of the age. I sing, talk, dance and play three musical instruments including a vacum cleaner. iDon't miss it. Signe dW Sorenson Hardware Donald Cottington

Hope you have as much fun as we did. lesgxs BLDmhhmg It is a beautiful June day in the year of 1972. The day of the 1952 Class Reunion. As I look out my window I see the messenger boy coming up the walk. As I go to the door, he says, Telegrams for Mr. Morman. As I open them I see they are Telegrams of Regret from the graduates of 1952. The first one is as follows: , Am a leading dramatic soprano Metropolitan and Chicago Opera Companies. Substantial, but not fat. Sing Marguerite tonight. Signedw You wouldn't expect her to count her words, and she doesnlt, but she is l evidently still careful with her calories. As a astronomer am-studying the heavens at seashore with beautiful girl as- sistant. Star-gazing date tonight. Signed him! 2E EL! Q1 ; At his old tricks you see. Mil Am a steam riveter. Like the quite atmosphere. Am putting nuts in new w I f , sanitarium. so can't leave. . . ti: , Signed4i2rnAV41 4fi4444u1 Don always a quiet chap. I am positive he is the most refined steam riv- eter in the business. zwi Being an architect, I am designing filling stations and halls of fame for h1$ 4, the government. Working overtime at big pay. Signed I don't think he meant that quite as it sounds, but merely that he would be homesick to see his friends. Anno is so ambitious he'll probably be an ad- miral by the time the fleet gets to Manila. Harold Berber Moens Grocery

Lucille is a girl who has a good strong voice that can sing two entire songs without losing the tune and doesn't mind doing anything, no matter how silly, so long she is well paid for it. Am author of two of the six worst sellers up to date. Must finish a third by the first of the month so have to miss reunion. If any of you carry a space plot with you please loan it to me. Need one badly. Signs 01W I always knew Marvin would be famous. Didn't you? Think of two worst sellers and another one on the way: Am private secretary to the head of a huge corporation. He was born crazy and had a relapse. Won't give me time off to come to reunion. I shall write Signs dW That poor man! What she'll do to his correspondence: You remember, she never did let anyone impose on her. I wonder if she spells any better than she use to-or worse. No she couldn't spell worse. gnfucgmgftg all his letters backwards for a week. Forest City Motor Co.
