THE CRYSTALITE HONORS Mrs. Delores Dixon The yearbook staff this year wishes to dedicate the yearbook to the woman who has kept our school running for many years: Mrs. Delores Dixon, secretary to the principal. Mrs. Dixon lives in Crystal City with her husband. Paul, who is employed at P. P. G. They have a daughter. Kathy, who graduated from CCHS in 1964, and lives in Crystal City with her husband. They also have three grandchildren. James. Sara, and Jenny. Before coming to the Crystal City School System. Mrs. Dixon was secretary to the Prosecuting Attorney of Franklin County. Deputy Circuit Clerk of Franklin County, and conducted vision and hearing tests for the Jefferson County Flealth Department. She began working for the Crystal City School System in the fall of 1962. when she worked at the grade school under the principal. Jerry Ryan. She worked at the grade school for two years and then moved to the high school. Since then, she has worked under five different principals: Mr. Rapp. Mr. Maze. Mr. Foushee. Mr. Bowles, and Mr. Papadakos. Mrs. Dixon enjoys sewing, making clothes for her grandchildren, and is interested in antiques. Upon retirement. Mrs. Dixon looks forward to traveling and being able to have more time to pursue her other interests. Thank you. Mrs. Dixon, for all your help and good luck from the Crystal City School System and its students.
