In Appreciation Danny Salmon •‘GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN” Danny Salmon became a member of the Crumly Chapel School family several years ago, and what an addition. He kindled our spirits with his enthusiasm for work, for teaching and learning, also for just plain living. He had compassion, love and concern for the welfare of each student, teacher, and staff member. Words of praise and encouragement flowed freely from his heart and lips especially when storm clouds blew in so dark that we knew there could not be a silver lining inside. His zeal for learning, teaching and guiding was so great that it was catching. He met challenges so gallantly, never faltering, tiring maybe — but never giving up or just plain quitting. The seeds Mr. Salmon sowed and nurtured at Crumly Chapel have burst forth in beautiful blossom and are producing a bountiful harvest. He has moved into another area — Principal of Mulga School, and we feel that he is sowing good seeds there and will reap a good harvest. Mr. Salmon, we love you and miss you. We thank God for letting you become a part of our school family. You have added a jewel to our school, so keep it polished. May God bless and keep you always. Students.
