Ms. Kay Newberry has directed eleven plays at Crowley High School, and she has made them plays that we can all be proud of. This talented lady has been acting since grade school and she feels it's an art she has been dedicated to FOREVER This has been obvious to all through her power- ful direction on stage and her acting ability outside of school. Of course Ms. Newberry couldn't direct without hardworking and devoted cast members. She felt she had that type of person in her last play, Bad Seed, and she was very excited by the group result. l'm certain everyone agrees that we owe this success to a woman who has taught and directed at Crowley for 5 years and acted in 40 plays on her own, Ms. Kay Newberry.
