The Spanish Club sponsored Penny Fair turned out to be a real swinging event. The fair helped raise money for the Mexico scholarships. Spanish Club Hard Work, un-numerable hours of time and the hot sun and blue sky's of Mexico as a goal combined into three Spanish scholar- ships. These scholarships enabled three Crow girls to enjoy five weeks of study in Saltillo, Mexico. Mrs. Dahlburg, Spanish Club advisor, enthusiastically organized assemblies and projects for the student body. Barbara Glover, posing as Madame G was one of the many money making attractions at the Penny Fair. The staff members treated it as a child, filling with pride as it grew and flourished under their hard work and extra hours.
