PROM COURT, left to right: Sue Allen, Judie Dunn, Christine Malcolm, Barbara Johnson, Queen, Jodie Lewis, King Wayne Dey, Bill Holly, Duane Inman, Mike Riddle, Mike Grohs. Junior-Senior Prom Waterfalls, fish net, palm trees , and a grass hut created an effective background for the theme Red Sails in the Sunset. The Prom was preceded by a dinner, the Juniors at Foo's and the Seniors at The England Grill. Reading of the Will and Prophecy by Lee Ann Briggs, John McGraw and Patti Butterfield, and a Hawaiian dance group provided entertainment. Jody Lewis and Wayne Dey were chosen Queen and King by popular vote from a previously selected court. The Cougar Spirit EP n as XV Homecoming Court Hold that line -...- Homecoming Cake and Punch is served Wide ties, long dresses, crazy hats, grubby clothes, dress- up clothes, and school colors were worn by students on desig- nated days during Homecoming week. On the evening preceding the game a Bonfire Rally was led by the Rally Squad. Senior Kathy Huston was crowned Home- coming Queen. The Homecoming game took place the following day, and Crow High trampled the Lowell Red Devils, Somewhere over the Goalpost was the theme for the Home- coming Dance. Balloons, footballs, leaves, and striped goal- posts created the atmosphere. A white sheet cake decorated as a miniature football field was K served with punch for refreshments.
