Faculty Faculty members have daily mountains to move as they deal with growing young minds. Young minds need intelligent guidance and a comprehensive Qs understanding of important ideas. Instructors fulfill this essential and demanding role as they direct daily class sessions. A teacher's Work is never doneg menial tasks outside the class- room are part of their responsibilities. Still time is reserved for students' problems, for light-hearted laughter with fellow faculty members over the events of the day, and for further enrichment of their minds. MR.
