Eighty-seven schools from Michigan and Ohio participated. Each school represents one of the world's nations. They then view international problems not through the eyes of the United States but through the eyes of their adopted country. This year Cros-Lex represented Argentina. Students were chosen on the basis of four require- ments: a high scholastic average, experi- ence in public speaking, knowledge of parliamentary procedure, and interest in world affairs. This activity is co-spon- sored by the Student Council and the Cros- well Rotary Club. foreign Exchange Student Denis Doe will be the third foreign exchange student from Cros-Lex. During his eight week stay in Sweden he will live as one of his host family and participate in community affairs much the same as he would in this country. This program is sponsored by the Student Council with financial assistance from community organiza- tions.
