Booster Club This year the Booster Club has been busy cheering our football and basketball teams. But they have been busy in other ways too. They sold refreshments at some of the games, sponsored several dances, and sold beanies to raise money to buy new uniforms for the first and second team cheerleaders. The club also had charge of the pep meetings and spon- sored a bonfire for one of the rallys. Row 1: K. Hennika, K. Van Dyke, C. Coon, J. Repp, R. Dominiak, M. McKim. Row 2: S. Whitman, S. Bovee, C. The annual parade was held at night and started at the American Legion hall. Excite- ment ran high as Queen Mert, in a white convertible, led the way through town where cheer- ing students, faculty and local residents lined the streets. The parade ended at the school and people gathered in the gym to see Bill Platt, a Lexington merchant, crown the queen. The festivities ended with a dance in the gym. We are sorry to add that the game was called off because of a flu epidemic in Vassar. |DD ft  1st Place 3rd Place 2nd Place Lona Gerber Marty Hinski Juniors.
