A Tale of Two Cities'' Part II Last year, 1955, the name of this year- book was changed from Pioneer to Croton because we felt that Croton represented better the two cities Croswell and Lexing- ton than did Pioneer. In line with modern thinking, the student council this year has progressed under the direction of Mr. Don Rieman. The council has attended many all-school con- ferences and has played a big part in improving school government in the Thumb area. The biggest project the coun- cil has sponsored this year is the Thumb B student talent show. Talented students from all the Thumb B schools participated in presenting a talent show to all the class B schools in this area. Among the many accomplish- ments of the senior band this year are a trip to the University of Michigan Annual Bands Day.
