The Newspaper Staff consists of the 5th hour journalism class under the direction of Mrs. Charles Stover. Hugh McDowell, editor of the Herald, has worked hard to publish a better paper. The paper, The Blue-White Herald, has articles on all clubs and activities. Hugh has also introduced editorials which help influence opinion in school affairs. Page 7
