Our Journalism Class this year has been very active. Our first respon- sibility is to publish every two weeks the school paper, The Blue-White Herald. We elected the following: Editor - Helene Matthews Assistant Editor - Betty Henderson Secretary and Treasurer - Mary Jane Kanaby Our next big Job was to edit this school annual, which was an enormous undertaking. We elected: Editor - Mary Jane Kanaby Assistant Editor - Betty Henderson Some of the other Jobs were write-ups, classification,Senior activities, collecting snapshots and set up. Each individual had his particular work to do, and he did it well. Caroline Gray and Mary Jane Kanaby were absent when the picture was taken. We wish to thank Mrs. Clarkson and Miss Lautner for checking our articles for English, and Mr. Wark for spending so much time and patience in typing our articles for this year book. We also wish to thank everyone else who helped us in any way.

BOTTOM ROW: Frelda Kramer; Jean Brown; Bob Miller; Bob Bartley; Tommy King; Jane Kehrer. The total membership of the student council Is twelve. The president and vice-president are elected the preceding year. Each class electe two representatives for membership In the Student Council. This organization Is an active group. It has sponsored assemblies, parties, dances, relief drives and has sold refreshments at the home games. The Student Council has tried, on the whole, to better the sportsmanship of the studente and to decide the problems which confront them throughout the echool year.
