One of the hlrh points was forming a taxi to escort the queen at our homecoming game. Another unusual event was a marohing and concert performance for the State Convention of Farmers' Clubs. The group also performed at several basketball games In Croswell, for the P.F.A., and for Hallowe'en. The Flashy touch of three new majorette uniforms, made by some of the mothers of band members, greatly Improved the appearance of our fifty piece marohing band, whloh was led by six majorettes. The big money raiser of the year was the Spring Variety Concert which featured all types of rauslo and aoting.

The chorus entered many activities of the year lnoludlng singing at the State Convention of Women's Clubs at the Methodist Church. School Thanksgiv- ing Program, School Christmas Program, and Evening Concert. The ohorus also participated In the Variety Conoert and Music Week In May.

The cast Included: Beulah Anderson as Mrs. Charmer, a charming widow; Patricia Shell as Daphne Charmer, Mrs. Charmer's young and beautiful daughter; Gerald Altken as Horace Bagley,a wealthy middle-aged widower; and Robert Ke rlovltz as Dick Armstrong.Mr. Bagley's handsome stepson. Supporting characters who provided some good entertainment were: Frelda Kramer as Ellen, Mrs. Charmer's maid and old family servant; Ruth Rosemurgy as Miss Kreeoh. the Spinster governess; and Lyle English as Willoughby. Mr. Bag- ley's man-servant. Miss lone Lautner directed the play.
