We’ve got Creative Arts and FHA, The Library Clubs and the FFA. We’ve got 4-H Clubs and Beta too All of these clubs are for me and you. We’ve got sports for everyone It’s a lot of work, but a lot of fun. We’ve got a band that can really rate All of our activities are really great. Our students are special, each girl and boy.  All-area tackle — Lion of scrimmage. All-night study — 1. An occurrence brought on by semester tests, term papers, and other impen- ding disasters. 2. Making up six weeks of study in six hours. Allowance — You get it on the first day of the week and it is gone the second. Band uniform — Toot suit. Bore — 1. Someone who talsk when you want him to listen. 2. Someone you like until he talks you out of it. Caps — Garment most often removed in the hall. Cheating — Getting by with a little help from your friends. Conscience — It doesn’t keep you from doing anything wrong. It keeps you from enjoying it. Dates — Few and far between. Daydreaming — Wishcraft. Duty — A task we an- ticipate with distaste, per- form with reluctance, and brag about later. Education — What re- mains when we have forgotten all that we have been taught. Exams — The only good thing about them is when they are over. Experience — What enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again. Friend — One who has Future — That time when you will wish you had done what you are not doing now. Geometry — As easy as n (pie). Grafitti — Scrawl of the wild. Hard work — A lot of easy things you didn’t do when you should have. Horn of plenty — The one the guy behing you has on his car. Ideal students — Any student who has an ideal teacher. Flattery — The art of telling someone exactly what he thinks of himself. Float — 1. Constructed at various locations, such as Crossville Hardware and the police station. 2. There are several stuffing methods for a prize winn- ing float; the napkin twist, the crepe paper poke, and the Kleenex jab. Inflation — The time when those who save for a rainy day get soaked. Janitor — He’s everyone’s best friend. Junk — Something you keep in your locker all year and throw it away the day before you need it.
