Dedication We, the Senior Class of 1965, dedicate this C’Vala to Coach and Mrs. Jackie McDaniel in return for the priceless gifts of leadership and knowledge and for their fine examples of loyalty and school spirit. It is our way of expressing our gratitude and our sincere appreciation for all that they have done for us. For his many years of inspired leadership, hard work, and interest in our school ... for his guidance in leading our school to new heights of accreditation ... for his counsel and guidance to each of us ... we wish to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Naylor For her many hours of hard, unselfish work in our be- half ... for the lovely proms and banquets which we have enjoyed ... for her friendship to each of us . . . for all the extra time above and beyond the strict hours of duty that have been cheerfully exerted for the enrich- ment of each of us ... we bestow a special measure of gratitude to Mrs. Naylor Our wholehearted expressions of best wishes go with the new President and First Lady of the Gadsden Technical Junior College . . . He be- came more than just a photographer to us. He was our friend, collectively and individually. He was our buddy. He attended all our banquets, our many school functions and recorded them pictorially for us to keep forever. He became an integral part of our lives. The many yearbooks for which he provided the pictures will remain with us as an ever-present testimony of the memory of a dear friend whom we shall never forget . . . Mr. J. B.
