The Crossville Parent- Teacher Association was or- ganized in February, 1954, with Mrs. Haislip, a past state president, of Birming- ham, as organizing chairman. The major project of the P.T.A. each year has been the sponsoring of the Halloween Carnival, which has proved very successful. Interesting and informa - tive programs have been pre- sented at the monthly meet- ings, and the social hour has been helpful in establishing a congenial parent-teacher relationship.
